first steps

In 1981 the hairstyle "Afro" (curly hair in small-small curls) was "Bmoda".

Me too, my soul longed for this hairstyle. Ever since I was born, I have had straight hair, and it is well known that we ask ourselves, from time to time, something we have never had, including changing our appearance.

One day, I decided to put my will into practice. I went to my library, asked for it, and got what I wanted.

I loved the result, and drove off, imbued with pride, to present it to my sister Ronit.

She opened the door for me, and did not recognize me ...

I said, "Hello," and she answered. "Hello. Yes?" I looked at her quietly, and after looking at me for a short time, she said, "Oh! It's you! What did you do ??? Come in, come in."

I went in.

Dan was then an 8-month-old baby.

He crawled on the floor in the kitchen, took one look at me then  He got to his feet, and began to walk towards me.

These were his first steps. And Ronit shouted, "He's going! He's going!"

To this day, I believe that Dan took his first steps out of astonishment at the change in my hairstyle.
